ADHD Coaching for College Students

What is ADHD Coaching?

ADHD coaching is a practical, goal-focused service that helps students with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) develop strategies for managing everyday challenges.

How is Coaching Different from Counseling?

Coaching is a collaborative, goal-oriented process that helps individuals develop practical strategies for managing the challenges of ADHD in daily life. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping clients create systems, build habits, and improve follow-through.

Counseling focuses on emotional well-being, mental health, and personal growth. A counselor helps clients explore thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life experiences that may be impacting their functioning and overall quality of life.
